Dare to trade. Dare to win.
The trading market is always full of surprises. Recently, I achieved unexpected gains on the $MYX coin with my intuition and simple Technical Analysis.
At first, I was merely attracted by the performance of $MYX on the gains list, so I opened a small position at the 0.118 level. Later, I noticed a pullback trend and placed a pending order on the trend line. Busy with work, I temporarily put it out of my mind, and when I returned, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the order had been executed, and there was already a floating profit of over 30 dollars.
Despite the subsequent price correction to 0.24, my floating profit decreased from $110 to over $70, but I chose to hold on. This decision was based on two factors: first, the price did not reach my set stop-loss point; second, it did not break below the small consolidation center I observed. Although I was indeed a bit shaken inside, rational analysis overcame the urge to close the position quickly.
In the end, my patience paid off. Various technical indicators showed that the time had come, and I decided to close my position. Although the profit was slightly below 1000%, I do not regret the possible 'missed opportunity to sell'. After all, market opportunities are endless.
This experience has strengthened my belief in the advantages of trading with small positions. Although large positions may yield higher returns, they can also trigger a gambler's mentality and increase risks. In contrast, trading with small positions allows one to remain calm and make more rational decisions.
This trading experience not only brought considerable profits but more importantly, it reinforced my understanding of risk management and emotional control. In a market as volatile as cryptocurrency, maintaining rationality and patience is often more important than pursuing short-term high returns.
