Gate News bot消息，RWA代幣發行平台Ondo Finance正式宣布收購專業的Web3工作室Strangelove。此次收購將整合Strangelove在Web3領域的專業技術，進一步推進Ondo Finance的全棧實物資產代幣化平台的開發進程。
收購完成後，Strangelove將成爲Ondo Finance的全資子公司。Ondo Finance專注於提供RWA代幣化解決方案，總市值約29.91億美元，而Strangelove作爲Web3領域的技術工作室，擁有豐富的區塊鏈開發經驗。
Gate News bot message, RWA token issuance platform Ondo Finance has officially announced the acquisition of professional Web3 studio Strangelove. This acquisition will integrate Strangelove's Web3 expertise to advance the development of Ondo Finance's full-stack real-world asset tokenization platform.
Following the acquisition, Strangelove will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ondo Finance. Ondo Finance, which focuses on providing RWA tokenization solutions with a market cap of approximately $2.991 billion, while Strangelove brings extensive blockchain development experience as a Web3 technology studio.
